The website intently focuses on providing the most comprehensive, professional and effective service for athletes and coaches to recruit and be recruited nationwide in the sport of basketball.
“We believe that hardworking athletes can continue to play basketball after high school at the collegiate levels if given the right opportunity. It is also important that our student athletes take advantage/or benefit from these opportunities and receive their degrees. Hoop Connection provides athletes the necessary tools to be successful as we understand the qualities possessed such as work ethic, determination, discipline and team work that will benefit them for a lifetime. “We want to provide coaches and colleges an effective/efficient way to search for talented and skilled players for their programs,” says Brown.
Hoop Connection is an online community and recruiting resource connecting high school basketball players with college coaches. This focus provides the opportunity for young athletes to continue playing basketball while receiving an education – an opportunity they may otherwise not have had – while giving coaches’ access to talented players that their schools would not have had the resources to recruit.
