This December, American Youth Football (AYF) and Under Armour hosted the world’s largest football competition as they welcomed more than 15,000 football players, cheerleaders and their families from across the U.S. to the 2010 Under Armour American Youth Football National Championships.
At the event, 140 youth football teams competed in 20 divisions for a chance at a national title. The highlights show features the week’s main events, exciting football highlights, and pays tribute to the volunteer coaches who dedicate their time to molding young men in communities across the nation.
Since its inception fourteen years ago AYF has become the nation’s largest youth football program with more than 650,000 athletes aged 5-16 playing in 50 states. The organization strives to use football as a means to ‘give back’ to the community and fulfill its mission to provide all kids with a place to play.
